Please note our following return/exchange policies:
– Returns and exchanges are accepted for unused items within 14 days from the date of shipment
– All items must be returned in original condition, along with all packaging and tags still attached. Products must be unworn.
– For hygienic reasons, all briefs, thongs, bodysuits are final sale, and are NOT eligible to be returned or exchanged.
– All Items purchased with a discount or during sale periods, are final sale, and are NOT eligible to be returned or exchanged.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning or exchanging their order. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded.

All packages must be shipped using a trackable shipping method, with signature upon delivery. We are not responsible for any lost shipments.



Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used.
