Placing Orders
Orders may be placed online, and will be processed during regular business hours, Monday-Friday; excluding federal holidays within Canada & the USA. Orders take between 1-3 business days to process before they are shipped.

Shipping
melvik sends all orders through a trackable shipping service by ground to Canada and the United States, and by air Internationally. Shipping rates and times vary by location. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by adverse weather or customs clearance processes.

Please double check your shipping address when placing your order, as we cannot redirect/change the delivery address on an order once it has been processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. 

Taxes & Duties
All shipments outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by your own country. Payment of these is may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. You will need to take responsibility for any import duties and taxes in your own country. We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country.
